Breath Work & Yin Yoga

  • Good Health Acupuncture 2001 Fairview Avenue Easton, PA, 18042 United States (map)

Once every season, we gather in community to pause, reset, and re-establish our breath—an anchor in times of transition. This seasonal breathwork class, led by Brent Maczko, is intentionally designed to support your body’s shift from the stillness of winter into the vitality of spring. Through a unique blend of conscious breathing and yin yoga, we’ll gently open the chest, diaphragm, and fascia to allow deeper, more easeful breaths.

Breathwork isn’t just about relaxation—it’s a powerful tool for improving circulation, oxygenating the blood, and enhancing respiratory efficiency. With each intentional inhale and exhale, you support your cardiovascular system, lower stress hormones, and regulate your nervous system. The slow, meditative yin postures encourage myofascial release, allowing stagnant energy and emotional residue from the winter months to melt away.

This is more than a yoga class—it’s a moment to cleanse, replenish, and prepare your whole system for renewal. Each posture and breath pattern is chosen to release the old and invite the new, so you can breathe easier, feel lighter, and meet spring with a clear mind and an open heart.
